Payment Processor
All AionFlex subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle is the entity that charges your payment method and handles all refund processing.
Refund Eligibility
EU/EEA/UK Consumers — 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of your initial purchase or subscription renewal (for UK annual subscriptions). You may request a full refund within this period without giving any reason.
Please note: if you have already downloaded, installed, and started using the Application during this 14-day period, and you consented to immediate access at the time of purchase, your right of withdrawal may be limited in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
South Korea, Brazil, Canada, China
A 7-day unconditional cancellation right applies from the date of purchase, in accordance with local consumer protection laws.
Singapore
A 5-day cancellation window applies from the date of purchase.
All Other Regions
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if requested within 14 days of the transaction date. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the product, reason for the request, and usage.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your subscription is cancelled immediately.
- Your License Key is deactivated and the Application reverts to Free Tier functionality.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are different:
- Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro access until the period ends. No money is returned.
- Refund reverses the payment for the current billing period. Access is revoked immediately.
To cancel your subscription (no refund): use the Paddle customer portal link in your confirmation email, or visit My License on our website to retrieve your management link.
How to Request a Refund
You have two options:
- Contact Paddle directly — visit Paddle’s refund support page and submit a request with your transaction ID or email.
- Contact us — email support@aionflex.gg with your email address and reason for the refund. We will forward the request to Paddle for processing.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- License revocation due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., license sharing, abuse).
- Fraudulent activity or refund abuse.
- Requests made outside the applicable refund window.
Technical Issues
If the Application does not function due to a technical defect on our side, please contact support@aionflex.gg first. We will attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the refund window.
